- (3) Our Plugin detects the successful payment instantly.
- (4) Permissions & Prefix are automatically applied to your account in-game.

Terms of Service
Welcome to CrackedNetwork, a Minecraft server built for adventurers and builders. By accessing our server, website, or store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please disconnect and do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using any CrackedNetwork service means you've read, understood, and accepted these rules. We update them occasionally — keep an eye on this page. Continued play means you accept the changes.
2. Account & Conduct
- You are responsible for your account security, even on a cracked client. Never share your login details.
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or any behavior that ruins others' fun is strictly forbidden.
- Respect other players. Harassment, hate speech, or excessive toxicity will lead to a ban.
- Impersonating staff or claiming false affiliations will result in immediate removal.
3. Purchases & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for any virtual items, ranks, keys, or in-game currency — with only one exception:
⚡ Exception: If a critical system error or bug on our side completely prevents delivery of the item you purchased, you must contact us within 48 hours with clear proof. We will investigate and make it right. Buyer's remorse, "I changed my mind," or accidental purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
4. Subscriptions Cancel Anytime
Certain ranks and perks operate on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile on our store (powered by CraftingStore) or by contacting support. After cancellation, your benefits stay active until the current billing period ends. No refunds are given for partial months or unused time. Your subscription simply will not renew.
5. Virtual Items & Economy
All in-game items, ranks, and currency are virtual goods owned by CrackedNetwork. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or revoke them if a player violates our rules, initiates a chargeback, or engages in fraudulent activity. Your inventory represents a license, not property.
6. Termination
We may suspend or permanently ban your account without prior notice if you breach these terms. Banned players lose access to all purchased content — no compensation will be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
CrackedNetwork is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or server downtime. While we try to keep things stable, Minecraft servers can sometimes crash. We hold no responsibility for losses that occur during downtime.

Your privacy matters at CrackedNetwork. We promise to handle your data with care and only collect what's needed to run a smooth Minecraft experience and a fair store.
1. Information We Collect
- In-game data: Username, UUID, IP address (for connection and security), chat logs (for moderation), and gameplay statistics.
- Store & purchase data: When you buy through our webstore, the transaction is processed by CraftingStore. They may collect your phone number (if required by the payment method), IP address, email, and Minecraft username. We do not see or store your full credit card details — those are handled by secure payment gateways.
- Website cookies: Our site may use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to prevent abuse. No creepy tracking.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the server: keep it stable, enforce rules, and remember your rank and permissions.
- To process purchases and deliver items instantly via CraftingStore.
- To communicate service updates or respond to support tickets.
- To improve our server — we look at anonymized trends, never individual messages without a moderation reason.
3. Data Processing & Third Parties
Your phone number, IP address, and payment metadata are securely processed by CraftingStore, our official store provider. CraftingStore acts as a data processor and has its own privacy policy. We only share what's necessary to complete your purchase. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to other third parties.
🤝 Our promise: We guard your most sensitive player data like a fortress. Your phone number and private details stay encrypted and accessible only to the systems that need them for order delivery. No human on our team casually reads them.
4. Data Retention & Security
We retain player data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Inactive accounts may be purged after a long period. We apply reasonable technical measures (encryption, firewalls, access controls) to protect your data. However, no method is 100% secure — but we promise to act swiftly if a breach ever occurs.
5. Your Rights
You can request to see what personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion (the "right to be forgotten") by emailing our support. For data handled by CraftingStore, we'll guide you to their privacy tools as well.
6. Children's Privacy
CrackedNetwork is not directed at children under 13, but we know many Minecraft players are young. We never knowingly collect personal information from kids without parental consent. If you believe a child has shared private details, contact us to have it removed.
7. Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. Major changes may be announced on our Discord or website. By continuing to play, you accept the updated policy.
